Misha has 15 years PR experience, having worked on both global and local campaigns at Shine in London, Elan in Paris and DDB in Sydney. She is fortunate to have worked with brave clients and incredible brands that include Bacardi, Coca-Cola, Unilever, lastminute.com, Martini, Heinz, Electronic Arts and Royal Mail.
She also spent two years in-house as Head of PR at Paramount Pictures, working on some of the world’s most iconic film franchises.
In 2012, Misha joined Citizen Relations to restructure the agency and put a focus on award-winning work that delivers commercial results. It was during this time she met Joe, before co-founding The Romans in 2015.
After board level positions in social media and digital agencies, Joe joined global PR firm Burson-Marsteller as Creative Director, working across the US and EMEA for brands such as Ford, Danone and Oakley while also sitting on WPP’s European Digital Board. Joe and Misha subsequently worked together at Citizen Relations before co-founding The Romans.
Joe has won dozens of industry awards, including PR Week’s Best Consumer Campaign and two Cannes PR Lions. He’s served as a juror for Cannes and PR Week and was elected to the 2015 PRCA Council.
